Duncan’s – Solitaire Homes has taken on a new name and will operate as Cavco – Duncan.
The announcement came June 4 2025 from Cavco Industries. Duncan’s location is among 31 Cavco-owned manufacturers and builders to adopt the company’s brand and name according to a press release.
The move is “part of a broader brand realignment” by Cavco Industries parent company and reflects “more than just a name change – It reflects Cavco’s nationwide strategy to simplify the home buying process and strengthen recognition of its affordable housing solutions “across the country,” a release states.
General Manager Gary Lindsey said despite the new name, the Duncan facility remains the same trusted home building operation it has been since its inception.
“The team continues to design and build innovative, affordable homes that bring homeownership within reach for families across Oklahoma and the region.” Lindsey said. “Customers will work with the same dedicated teams at the same facilities, backed by Cavco’s trusted reputation and name recognition as a leader in the manufactured home industry.
